British Couple Get Beat Up At Songkran
Four Thai men have been captured and accused of the severe ambush of an elderly British couple and their moderately aged child who were punched and kicked oblivious.
Stunning CCTV footage has risen on online networking catching the assault in the Thai resort town of Hua Hin amid late Buddhist new year festivities.
The British sightseers were named by the Bangkok Post as Lewis Owen, 68, his significant other Rosemary, 65, and their child , additionally named Lewis, 43.
A unidentified witness who was additionally hit after he attempted to help the casualties said that intoxicated Thais were “prepared” to assault Westerners after a long liquor fuelled night of water battles.
The fierceness and force of the assault appeared on video and the times of the more established casualties incited insult in Thailand and abroad when the footage was made open.
