807 CASES OF COVID-19 REPORTED IN SPORE WITH ANOTHER TWO CLUSTERS

770 new cases were reported in the community on 15 September 2021, a record breaking amount in over a year.

238 of these cases are made up of seniors above the age of 60.

34 cases were imported bring a total of 807 cases reported in Singapore.

This is double the amount reported last Wednesday when the total was 349 cases.

Two new clusters, both nursing homes, joined the new cluster list.

They are Orange Valley Nursing Home at Simei with 13 cases and Jamiyah home located at West Coast Drive with 10 residents and three staff.

The total cases in Singapore now stands at 73,938 along with 58 deaths.
