
According to the media release, yet another 9 more people are facing a $1000 fine after breaching safety distancing yet.
Minister for Environment and Water Resources Masagos Zulkifli said in a Facebook post
“Today, more than 240 face a fine for not complying with safe distancing measures. Another 120 face a fine for not wearing a mask outside their homes. That’s an increase from yesterday. More than 10 will face a fine of $1,000 for repeated breaches of safe distancing measures, including not wearing a mask in public spaces.“
” I strongly urge everyone to stay home. If you need to go out, do remember to put on a mask and follow safe distancing measures at all times. Do not stay out longer than necessary. Please! This is the best way to protect ourselves and those around us.“
