An 8-year-old girl was reportedly left inside a van for 3 hours and subsequently found unconscious after the driver failed to realise that she was still inside, according to Bernama.

She was pronounced dead after being conveyed to Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital.
The driver was supposed to send the victim to a daycare centre but he didn’t realise the girl was still in his van, so he drove home instead; according to Bernama.
The girl was locked inside the van from 2.30pm and was found at 5.30pm unconscious.
The driver has been arrested by the Malaysian police.
