A video emerged online showing a man walking across an open carpark without looking, he was looking at the ground at the time.

A car that was driving by then stopped abruptly in front of the man as a result.
The two then got into an argument, with the man insisting that drivers must give way to him, before asking the driver: “you not happy is it?”
The argument then escalated and the man then hit the car’s side mirror and challenged the driver to make a police report.
The incident happened at Block 219 at Ang Mo Kio on 21 October, at around 12.56pm.
