According to a Police media release, a residential unit was broken into and robbed.
The Police said that a 24-year-old man has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a case of housebreaking and attempted robbery.
Background:
On 30 October 2021, at around 2.20pm, the Police received a report that a residential unit located along Sims Drive had been broken into, with cash totalling S$300 being missing from the home.

The police said that according to preliminary investigations, the individual is suspected of being engaged in another attempted robbery and other theft-related offenses.
The man will be charged in court on 5 November 2021
Penalties:
If the man is found guilty of housebreaking and theft, he can face up to a maximum imprisonment term of 10 years, and a fine.
