A video emerged online showing a guy sharing his experience at the Furama City Centre Hotel, where he queued for 4 hours then found leftovers from the previous guest inside the fridge.
The video was posted onto TikTok and had almost 120,000 views and almost 200 comments.
Long snaking queues could be seen as many queued up to check into the hotel for their staycations, and the TikToker warned others to be prepared to wait at least 2 hours to check-in.
The long queue continued from the check-in counter all the way down the escalator and even out onto the road.
He then shared that after the nightmare of waiting four hours to check-in, he found leftover food from the previous guests still inside the fridge.
The bedsheets and blankets were also not arranged when he got into the room.
