A video emerged online showing a gangster attacking a guy after bringing him to a staircase to “teach him a lesson”.
The video starts off with the gangster with blonde hair throwing punches repeatedly at the guy’s head and slapping his face.
The guy was seen taking the blows and not retaliating or blocking as the gangster rained blows after blows at his face.
The gangster then pulled the guy by his hair and used his hair to hold onto his head, as he repeatedly slapped him.
It is unclear what exactly the gangster was saying but the guy was heard replying “I understand, I understand.”
The gangster then told him to look at the camera and apologize for something, telling him to say “sorry for being a —- bag, sorry for *unintelligible*”.
He then told the guy to ask “Shawn” and someone else for “forgiveness”.
The next cut of the video shows the guy leaning his head onto the gangster’s midriff as he cried his heart out and sobbed uncontrollably.
Potential penalties
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
