Back in 2020, workers who were performing construction work in the vicinity of Kallang Bahru bridge discovered a dead body.
This lead to investigations trying to identify the corpse and the cause of death.
However, efforts to uncover the identity seem to be in vain and the identity remains unknown.
Yesterday (Jan 12) the state coroner said that the deceased is believed to be a male from 30 to 60-years-old and the body was discovered only 6 months to 1 year after the man pass away.
Personal belonging such as a suitcase, shirts, underwear, and a brown bag was found in the vicinity.
No items in the suitcase show any identification of the man.
CNA reported that papers with phone numbers were also found, the Police tried dialing the numbers but no useful information was obtained.
Even though the Police cross-reference 18 missing people reports none of them were a conclusive match.
The autopsy suggested that there were no physical blunt force injuries.
This story will remain as another Singapore Mystery.
