Here is the story:
My mother passed away when I was one year old and it hit my dad hard. I feel like he hasn’t been happy since my mom’s death.
He is a great father, we are extremely close, he never dated with anyone else and it breaks my heart when he gets drunk and cries looking at my mother’s photos.
My dad is a successful lawyer and I am aware that we are considered rich. However, when I look at my dad I see that money is not the solution to everything.
Once, when he was drunk, he told me that he would give all of his money just to see my mom for a couple of minutes.
Once I saw an old photo of my mom and dad holding me in bed, both looked so sleepless and tired but my dad never looked so peaceful.
