A maid was caught stealing from her employer and she claims that the money is for medical fees back home.
28-year-old Meneses Princess Joy Domingo was on bail after stealing from her employer and she did it again while she was residing in a hostel.
She was sentenced to 1 year 2 weeks in jail after pleading guilty to her theft charges.

Domingo started working for the employer in May 2021 and received a salary of $750, after working for just one month she wanted more money and the employer oblige and gave her an additional $100 a month.
After another 2-3 months she asked for more money again and the employer gave her an additional $200 a month and on another occasion $300.
It was not enough for the “princess”.
Just 1 month after employment, two rings went missing and the employer assumed that they were misplaced.
3 months after employment, five pieces of the employer Chanel handbags went missing and later also realised that a bracelet has gone missing.
The employer lodged a report for the missing Hermes bracelet, 5 Chanel Bags and two Tiffany & Co rings.
The woman took the luxury goods to Lucky Plaza for sale which got her $10,000.
Even after leaving employment and staying in a hostel, she stole $450 from another woman standing at the same place.
