A netizen has taken to social media to complain about the food quality and service of an Heavenly Wang outlet at Home Team NS, Bukit Batok.
In his complain, he mentions that he gave the outlet a try because an item in their menu had caught his attention but when the food came, it was not like what it described.
He also said that he witnessed one staff giving out the wrong order to one of the customers but only waved to the customer in hopes of getting back the wrong order so that they can recycle it.
Here is the netizen’s complaint
“On March 6th, passed by this new concept of Heavenly Wang at bukit batok Hometeams. I decided to give it a try as the menu on the caught my attention..
I ordered the Ocean catch bread & the Chilli crab explosion. But all I get is just nothing but mayo & fish cakes for what deemed as Ocean catch?! Whereas for chilli crab explosion, its just chilli crab sauce with mayo & fish cakes AGAIN..
To add on to all this nonsense, THE CHILI CRAB SAUCE IS NOT EVEN HOT AT ALL,THE BREAD TOO IS COLD.. AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR QUALITY OF THE FOOD THEIR SERVED.
1 OF THE STAFF EVEN GAVE THE WRONG ORDER TO A CUSTOMER, SHE JUST WAVED TO THE CUSTOMER HOPPING THE CUSTOMER COULD RETURN THE WRONG ORDER BACK SO SHE CAN RECYCLE AND NOT NEEDING TO PREPARE THE ORDER AGAIN.
Both order with 2 drinks cost me $13.50! For just fish cakes, lot of mayo sauce, cold bread and cold chili crab sauce.
KUDOS to Heavenly Wang.“

Here are some of the comments:
- I already ban myself buying from them after I bought 2 laksa takeaway and they ask me want plastic bag, i say need. And they charge me 10cents more.
- Just a lesson learnt: dont go patronise stalls with swee swee and chim english. All is just common item jumble together then put atas name and atas price
- Their kopi now is machine dispense out type…lost the human touch…my kopi SI kosong from 1.90 increased to 2.10, what a jump 🙁
