My husband was accused of sexual harassment. A female relative in his family accused him of molesting her for years.
I find it hard to believe because she has always been quiet and kept to herself when I see her. And there is no way to verify the incidents, locations and dates that she mentioned. I don’t understand why she took years to say it if it were true. The worse thing is my parent in-laws actually believe her when she doesn’t even have proof.
I asked my husband and he has denied all accusations. He said she dreamt it all up. I don’t believe she liked my husband she had never even talked to him much when we are around. I only know she avoids my husband a lot. It’s like she disliked him already. I also know she had been dealing with some issues in her life for a period of time. I try to confront her and clear the air but my parent in-laws forbid me to talk to her and she has also blocked me from contacting her.
I believe she may be crazy. My husband has been very depressed after this accusation and took a long time to recover from it. He couldn’t accept that his parents believed her over their own son.
I thought it was over after I know she will no longer show up for family events. But some relatives found out and spread it to everyone in the family. Everyone believes her story just because my husband is the least liked person in the family. Now my husband refuses to meet these relatives because he cannot stand being wrong. Because of this lunatic, we lost 1 side of the family. I cannot even describe the amount of anger and unjust I feel whenever I think about this crazy accuser.
Not everyone accused is guilty!
