A man recently shared a screenshot of his delivery tracking with J&T Express Singapore and it stated that the item is still in transit even after 9 months.
The screenshot indicated that the item has been pickup since June 2021, and updated that the item is out for delivery since June 30 2021.
The order updated again after 9 months and state that the item is out for delivery on March 25 2022. (take note its a different year already).
Previously, J&T Express’s Facebook page was bombarded with numerous complaints back in Feb 2022 and its seems like it appears that the delivery dealys are far from getting resolved.

The one image alone that was uploaded triggered over 100 shares and several dozens of negative comments mostly describing negative experiences with the delivery service. Here are a few:
- U didn’t chase J&T and ask about the parcel during this 9 months? I believe most people would have asked the courier company if out for delivery so long and yet not deliver.
- U shld wait a few more years.Maybe the delivery man stil crawling over..
- My experience even more worst. Parcel waiting at the pickup place for one month. No pickup no reply. Ask customer service use the same template to reply the service say will arrange but never arrange, case opened don’t bother, parcel from normal to super urgent I request for refund. Also drag. Then say I cancel the parcel they will close the case and thanks you choosing J&T without any explaination for delay arrangement. This good one also. They close case some more day finally this word some more
