J&T EXPRESS FLOODED WITH HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS AFTER DELAYS

Ordering something online is one of the most convenient miracles in the 21st century but many times the bottleneck lies with the logistics company and not the seller.

J&T Express publish a Facebook post back in September and explained how they were working effectively for safe deliveries and preventing transmission.

But the post was bombarded with numerous angry comments from customers who have yet to receive their orders and sellers who have yet to get their orders pick up till today.

There has been over 400 over comments on the Facebook post and almost all of them seems to be very negative.

Here are some of the comments:

  • your guys did not come and pick up the items also did not inform us
  • 20th items pickup and up to date, the parcel is still in the warehouse so what is this? 1 to 3 working days or 1 to 10 working days?
  • if you think cannot handle too many orders then do not take, now all my delivery delayed and customer making hell of noise. Also no informed if items is going to be delay. Is this the way you guys do business?
  • Super lousy service from J&T. Delivery guy came to pick up my order, drop my bakes and just walk away saying that we should rearrange for another pick up! WILL NEVER USE J&T again.
  • Worst delivery company ever! Parcel left in cold for 2 days without collection! No updates of driving not picking up! I strongly recommend people to stop using this company!
  • Horrible service! I was told that they will check on my delivery status after my item missed it delivery date. Ends up, did not get any response from them n suddenly item was left outside my door overnight. I believed it was delivered after 8pm, your delivery man could have the courtesy to knock on my door or msg us and not just leave it outside my house unattended. It is a brand new cookware! What if someone walk pass and took it? Very poor service!
  • hi, i lost 3 parcel still nobody reply me , pick up on 18/1 , status still in your hub
  • Worst delivery company ever! 1 week plus item still havent deliver yet. please close down. and i see so many complaint over here where is the customer service agent?
  • As a shopee seller I have to call so many times to shopee to remind your, guys to come and collect my item. But I wait for 4 day still never come collect. Call your hotline like already close shop for 24hrs What kind of service is this. Don’t take this job if you can’t manage it. Very worse service I haven’t ever met. I have change all my order to Ninja van drop off point.
