A home-based food business, 6A’s Kitchen, shared on Facebook alleging that a food delivery rider took the food for his own consumption instead of delivering it to the customer.
Here is what they said
Im not sure if the rider who took our food is going to see this..
Im sorry if my following sentence is uncomfortable for anyone. But this rider is supposed to deliver our food that one of our customer purchase.
Instead of delivering them,he actually took them for his own consumption. Please don’t be an i—- to do so especially during Ramadan.
I can be nice. But at the same time im also nasty.
Don’t ask me to contact him personally as he gave a different number for me to contact. Its not nice to do this.
Don’t.. Just don’t be an i—- to do this kind of thing. My language can be much worst than this but yes my sentence is still nice enough.
We do understand some of you all are wondering maybe we are just trying to frame the rider. He could be just placing the food there or there is no proof stating he took the food.
And here we updated showing that he walk away with the food. We are using 3rd party service for our delivery.
Hence its always random people who come and collect the food from us to get our food sent to our customers.
No its not our intention to just happily shame or frame someone. But out of frustration as its our customer’s order. And customer actually paid for it and waited for the food for their break fast.
Imagine if you all place your order early and get your food late? It would have caused frustration to you guys as well.
And that is what our customer felt when he received notification that food was delivered,but they are just standing there waiting for their food still.
Called the number stated.. Yes we did.. But num stated is a chinese lady,while the rider is a malay guy.
We won’t say all the rider who help us delivered our food is the same as majority of them are nice people. Its just 1-2 who is unreasonable.
