The incident earlier today (April 14) at around 5.30 PM at Zhong Hua Steamboat (95 Beach Rd, Singapore 189699).
After chopping the woman on the ground, the man could be seen trying to run away, but he return only to put the cleaver on his neck and started running around again.
The staff at the restaurant were all seen trying to stop him by throwing stuff at him and some even holding a ladder to defend against the man.
The woman was seen running away after the man went away.
Xin Ming Re Bao posted a video of the woman getting carried away on a stretcher after the incident.
