A netizen took it upon herself to publicize the actions of litterbugs around her estate by sharing CCTV footage of them in the act, of littering near her home.
The woman, Wendy Chan, posted multiple videos of the litterbug throwing used tissues, drink cans and other items; with many of the culprits being drivers parking their cars in public lots along Somme Road.
In one of the videos, a man was seen throwing an empty drink can into a flowerpot, to which Chan then picked up the can and runs after the man.
She said that she managed to catch up with the men, who later apologized for their actions.
In another video, the driver of a white and black SUV was seen littering right beside a “no littering” sign beside his car.
He had placed an empty cup on the ground, as Chan then walked out of her gate and gestured at the driver.
She then picked up the cup and places it on his car.
