According to The Independent Singapore, the customer’s sister went to use the toilet after their meal and locked the doors while inside.

Another man then successfully unlocked the door of the toilet that she was in; and feeling embarrassed, the woman then went to ask the lady at the counter why the lock was faulty.

The staff member then allegedly told her that she didn’t know the lock was not working.

The sister then told the staff that she was seen by the male stranger who unlocked the door, to which the staff allegedly told her that she too could strip off her clothes and let the customer see.

The staff then allegedly threw the bill at the counter, right at the sister’s face, before going to the kitchen and slamming the plates and bowls loudly.

A manager of the restaurant later came and apologised to the sister, but the customer said that the staff in question didn’t apologise.

The family then said that they will never patronize the shop again, not even if they gave them a free meal.
