A video emerged online showing a huge group of hooligans fighting at Golden Mile Complex, with the group brawling at what appears to be the first floor of the mall.
The netizen who posted the video said that it is unclear when the fight happened.
A group of men were seen in the video raining blows on another guy who was already down on the floor, when suddenly more men showed up to join in the fight.
The fight then escalated into an all out brawl, with one of the men seen in the video taking off his belt and using it to whip another guy.

Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
