An employer in Malaysia expresses his frustrations after his workers have all sorts of excuses from leg pain, back pain, lan pa pain to pimple pain.
One of his employees who started work in March took a total of 18 days off.
Here is what the boss says:
Nowadays workers are really too over, my 36-year-old work had a habit of nitpicking.
Start of construction was on March 15 Construction till today on April 25
He took a total of 40 days rest days 6 days + self-leave “18” days
(Headache, stomach pain, sister coming, mother sick, fainting, pimple pain, hair itching) 😂 How
I only saw him for 16 days

The owner had a bitter word, Actually, I want to say it to him. It’s strange that the 36-year-old is still begging for a job.
Come for work and half of the time I don’t see him, sometimes I think if its my problem.
