A woman by the name of Thea Lee, shared on Facebook about her visit to a facial shop that allegedly messed up and damaged her eyebrows during an eyebrow trimming session that she was offered during a facial session.
Here is what she said

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP
I wish to raise awareness to the public on a facial shop *shop name redacted for legal reasons* at Havelock2.
I went for a facial session with *shop name redacted for legal reasons* and was served by *staff name redacted for legal reasons*.
The therapist offered to trim my eyebrow which I have agreed. To my horror, After the session my eyebrows was shaved off with a hole on my right eyebrow, with make up not removed properly and eyelashes dropping so much after.
I left the shop and felt so embarrassed at the state I was in after a facial session. It was supposed to be a relaxing session but it ended up like a nightmare. I had to quickly took a cab home due to how my face looked like as the make up were half removed and there is a hole in my eyebrow.
On Friday, I went down after informing them about my damaged eyebrows as they claimed that the photos I sent was with make up on and they could see clearly.
What was infuriating was that they rejected all responsibilities from their part despite me showing an obvious hole on my eyebrow and *staff name redacted for legal reasons* claimed that my eyebrows did not have hair in the first place.
Secondly, she also rebutted saying that my embroidery has dropped on its own after the facial. This is seriously ridiculous as my embroidery was done 3 months ago and it has fully recovered.
She showed me an example of herself shaving her eyebrow along with very faded embroidery and told me that the shaving tool will not shave off embroidery. She insisted that my embroidery has faded after the facial and that it is not her fault.
They further accused that I could be the one trimming off my eyebrows by myself after the facial which left me wondering why would someone made themselves ugly by cutting a hole in their own eyebrows just to accuse them?
I rejected their offer for a free facial session as I will definitely not go back to them anymore.
The whole entire process was painful from extraction to facial massage. My face was left with deep scar marks after the facial session. My eyes lashes dropped at least 20% after the session as well despite informing *staff name redacted for legal reasons* that it was lash extensions.
Hence, I hope that from my experience, customers like me will not go through what I have experienced.
There are so many facial outlets out there which are much more responsible and provide better quality of services than *shop name redacted for legal reasons* . Eyebrows are the most important features of a face, now it just seem that I have been disfigured after a facial session.
