My friend (F20) will not stop flirting at me (M19), even though we are both taken. It is making me feel uncomfortable.
A bit of background first, I (M19) have known this girl (F20) for a few months. When we first met we were both single and flirted heavily, almost leading to a friends with benefits situation.
We didnt however, due to her being mad at me saying no to sleeping with her and her disappearing for 2 weeks due to me starting to go on dates with my now girlfriend (we have been seeing each other for 1.5 months now).
She came back and she started seeing someone too. Her ex. But she keeps making flirty comments and jokes towards me, and it is eating me up.
I told my girlfriend everything and she isnt giving me advice, only letting me vent. Once I started seeing my girlfriend, and the ‘friend’ came back I refused to flirt back, instead deflecting it, bringing up how we were not single and changing the topic.
Whilst she keeps making flirty comments and intentionally adult jokes. For instance, today she made a joke about having a house at 20 whilst i didnt. I said ‘f you’ for banter, which she replied to as ‘yeah, I told you that you have to ask nicely’ which i deflected by bringing up her boyfriend and how he feels.
Apparently he is okay with these jokes. I dont know what to do, I want her to stop but she wont. It is eating me up inside heavily. I know it is obvious what i should do, if hints arnt working I have to ghost her. But I have no idea how. Any advice will help.
