A netizen shared how he saw a man lying down motionless on the side of the road along Clarke Quay, with many passers-by passing by but ignoring him.
The netizen then went over to softly kick him but elicited no response, he said “dunno he die already or what.”
The netizen then called the police and waited for the authorities to come, while waiting beside the drunken man so that no cars will run him over.

Saw this man lying motionless on roadside along Clarke Quay. Many ppl passby but all ignore him. So I walk over and soft kick him but no response. Dunno he die already or what.
So I called 999 and wait for rescue to come. While waiting I stand at roadside so no car can drive near him.
Imagine a driver never see him and ran over his leg and the driver sure kena fine and jail. 10 mins later ambulance arrived to check on him.
