The Singapore Food Agency has directed the recall of a product due to the presence of almonds.
Here is what SFA said:
The European Commission Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) has issued a food recall alert on NIO Cocktails “Mai Tai” due to the presence of undeclared almond allergen.
As the implicated product was imported into Singapore, SFA has directed the importer (Nautilus Vintage Asia Pte. Ltd.) to recall the product. The recall is ongoing.
Allergens in food could result in an allergic reaction in individuals who are sensitive to it. Consumers who have purchased the affected product, and who are allergic to almonds, should not consume it.
Consumers may contact their point of purchase for enquiries.
