Wang Lei’s live streams have been a controversial subject in Malaysia after he was ridiculed for his behaviour on live streams.
Previously, a man did a live video and printed a banner telling Wang Lei to get out of Malaysia.

Penang (Malaysia) – The chairman of the MCA Women’s Group, Datuk Wang Sai Zhi, asked the police to severely deal with all live broadcasts, Facebook and related Internet celebrities such as Wang Lei, etc.
She said this during her speech at the Penang Malaysian Chinese Women’s Group meeting today.
In an interview with China Daily, she admitted that Wang Lei’s videos and live broadcasts are not good, and even spread obscene thoughts. Young people may get the wrong information when they watch it.
“In particular, he painted male genitals on his face in videos and live broadcasts, and he also used condoms as balloons to blow up. These are all bad ideas, and they are promoting the “dirty” Internet culture and affecting the society.”
Impact on society
She claimed that Wang Lei has many “followers”, so if the other party is allowed to continue to carry out such “yellow” bad content, it will have a big impact on society.
“It’s okay to tell jokes in a live broadcast promoting a product, but don’t use vulgar language or foul language to talk about dirty content”
She said she has also received numerous complaints from women’s NGOs and other organisations asking her to take action against Wang Lei.
