A Facebook user uploaded a video on Facebook depicting a woman who was seen removing a hand sanitiser from a HDB unit.

The woman’s action was caught by the CCTV and she walked off casually after taking the item. She did not run at all, either she had guts or she has done it several times.
The man who uploaded the CCTV footage said:
Today i just realise that my hand sanitiser (hung on my gate) was missing. Check back tru and caught this bugger took away our item. The worst part, that bugger took my neighbour 4yo bicycle. Pftt…. gonna report it up and get this bugger to justice. *FB dropped the quality of the video.
