A video emerged online showing a girl harassing a guy at Clementi McDonald’s, by throwing small pieces of a receipt that she had torn into pieces onto the guy’s (who was minding his own business) head.

This incident happened on 17 September 2022 2:50pm @Clementi Mall Mcdonalds and was witnessed by many diners, including myself.
In the video, one of the girls was tearing off receipt papers into small pieces and putting them on the boy’s hair, who is apparently a Japanese who can’t speak fluent English, while other girls were filming the whole scene using Tiktok.
After filming their actions down as evidence, I hurried to them and checked on the boy to see if he was okay, and that’s when I noticed that he couldn’t speak English fluently.
I briefly told him what the girls were doing to him and swiped the paper pieces off his hair as the girls were trying to get away.
I stopped them and condemned their actions, to which they eventually apologized but in an insincere manner, still laughing and giggling about.
I don’t know what’s up with the girls but their actions were totally unacceptable. I asked the boy if he knew who they were afterwards and he claimed that he doesn’t know them at all.
What in the world man. Ruined my mood of the day.
