She stated that she stayed across the interchange and the incident happened near midnight and she saw a guy in a darkly lit area.
She described the man as an “uncle” or a older man. She thought that the man was scratching his croutch and he walked passed him.
He then chases after her while grabbing his “banana”. She started to panic and ran.
Eventually she ran far enough so the man could not chase him, the man then went after the next girl that walked passed him.

She then warns others to not go home alone saying that “it’s not safe out there”.
