He was supposed to pick up the victim’s body and transport it to Setiu Hospital.
When the ambulance driver from the Sungai Tong Health Clinic came, he was filled with dread. He suddenly recognized the motorbike that had been involved in the collision.
The victim 21-year-old Muhammad Aiman was crashed by a lorry at about 4.30PM.
He said that no words could describe how sad he is. After working 21 years as an ambulance driver, this is the first time he had to respond to a family member.
The lorry driver was not injured.
His father told Malaysian Media The New Straits Times:
“Usually, Aiman would bring food to work but yesterday he said he wanted to have dinner at home. Coincidentally, the day before I managed to fry some fish I brought back from a trip to Tasik Kenyir. He had eaten that and then asked to keep some so he could eat it yesterday,”
