DOUBLE-DECKER BUS CRASHED INTO ROAD DIVIDER @ YEW TEE, 1 PERSON INJURED

A double-decker bus crashed into a road divider along Yew Tee on 18 November, right opposite the Yew Tee MRT station.

The accident saw no serious injuries, with only 1 person suffering minor injuries and refusing conveyance to the hospital.

Videos emerged online showing the aftermath of the accident, with the railings on the road divider being crushed by the double-decker bus.

Parts of the railing were also seen stuck under the bus.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force confirmed that they were alerted to the accident at 61 Choa Chu Kang Drive at about 8.05 am

One person was assessed for minor injuries by an SCDF paramedic but refused conveyance to the hospital.
