As many of you knows that recently there’s a case of a young boy (identified as 10 years old) had thrown a community cat down from 22 storey after luring the poor kitty up into the lift with him.
Apparently he was caught in the act when trying to do it with his second victim (another community cat).
Authorities said that they are investigating but as he’s a minor and only 10 years old, he’s being let off and the “crimes” he committed were not valid as he’s only 10.
This is a serial killer in the making as cat feeders in the area suspected he’s involved in the cases where 5 other cats were “thrown” from high floors of the very same block.
Is Singapore law trying to make another Jeffrey Dahmer where he got thrills from killing animals from young and eventually into killing humans?
I believe the young boy only targeted comm cats now as they are “small enough for him to carry” since he’s just 10.
What if he grew older with more strength and eventually throw an unsupervised toddler down whom he lured from the playground? By then he’s still underage as well, will be walk around scotfree too?
I seriously think Singapore law need to be stricter when it comes to minors like him who are potentially a threat to the society next time.

- How a person may turn out in future depends on his upbringing and environment. It may also be his cry of help when the community cat is loved by the community. Give him time to change.. and I believe there are some who are watching him closely as well.
- Correction – That’s his 5th victim! The next day he was caught trying to throw another cat, that’s how they found out he threw Panther. This young person is dangerous and should be locked up in IMH for treatment!!
- What I will suggest is for everyone even strangers when bump into him , counsel and educate him instead. Do community work , volunteer etc
