Facebook user Mohamad Shanudin Doil shared how he visited an Old Chang Kee outlet at Paya Lebar on 23 December.
He bought some food and his total bill amounted to $7.20, and he opted for pay $7 of the bill with his NS55 credits and pay the remaining 20 cents in cash.
He shared that he was allegedly scolded and shouted at by the Old Chang Kee worker, who didn’t let him pay the remaining 20 cents in cash.

I went to old chang kee at Paya Lebar outlet on 23 December 22 at about 1.40 pm.
My total bills was $7.20, I opt to pay 7$ via NS55 credit & the balance $0.20 by cash, but I was scolded, yelled and scream by madam chua ( the worker of old chang kee)
I was so shocked and stunned by her attitude. She didn’t allow me to pay the remaining $0.20 by cash despite telling her, I had done this in other outlets.
I email to old chang kee, they apologised to and compensate with $10 vouchers.
