Sporting a new botak head, he took to Instagram via a new account and shared that he has a lot to say since his prison release.

He previously bade farewell to his followers on his old Instagram account, which has since been deleted, before going to jail.

He posted an Instagram reel video on Friday featuring multiple news reports and other YouTubers reacting to his conviction of preying on little boys, captioning it “finally home”.

At the end of the video, Kosh turned around with his new botak head and looks at the camera.

In one of his Instagram stories, he says that he is going to address the “elephant in the room”, asking “so covid no more already is it?”

He said that in jail, they still had to wear masks and he didn’t know that the rule has since been relaxed in the world of freedom.

He added in the next Instagram story that he has “so much to say”, presumably about the crimes that landed him in prison and his life in jail, who knows?

Recap

Former radio deejay, Darryl Ian Koshy, or Dee Kosh, pleaded guilty to three criminal charges last year and was sentenced to 32 weeks imprisonment on 5 August 2022.

The three victims were between the ages of 15 to 23 at the time of his offence.

The 33-year-old YouTuber pleaded guilty to offering cash to an underaged boy for explicit services, as well as the attempted exploitation of a young person.

He had offered between $400 to $2,000 for explicit acts with the victims after reaching out to them on social media.

None of the underaged boys accepted his offer, but he also secretly filmed a man who had accepted his offer of explicit activity.

Dee Kosh pleaded guilty to one charge of communicating with an underaged person to obtain explicit services, one charge of attempting to exploit a minor, and one charge of making an obscene video.

Four more similar charges will be taken into consideration for his sentencing on 28 July, including making an obscene video.

Dee Kosh will also be examined at the Institute of Mental Health after his lawyer obtained a psychiatrist report on whether Dee Kosh is a paedophile and what are the risks of him reoffending.

Fall from grace

Dee Kosh’s alleged offences first came to light after numerous people claimed on social media that he asked them for explicit pictures and favours.

He had allegedly tried to ask a 15-year-old boy if he could perform explicit acts on his in exchange for money between March and June 2018.

Separately, he is also being accused of offering up to $2,000 to two 17-year-old boys in July and August 2020 to perform explicit acts on him.

Dee Kosh was also charged with offering $2,000 to a 16-year-old boy in February 2017 to perform an explicit act on the boy.

He is also being charged for possession of obscene videos after 23 such materials were found in his home along Woodlands Street 31 on 5 October 2021.

He also purportedly made two videos titled “00001” and “00007” between 2016 and 2017, and the police said that some of the videos that Dee Kosh allegedly possessed showed him performing explicit acts with others.

The videos were allegedly taken without the knowledge of the other party.

The identities of the alleged victims cannot be revealed due to a gag order.
