DELIVERY RIDER K.Os UNCLE FOR SCOLDING HIM “NBCB”, SEND HIM TO DREAMLAND

A video emerged online showing what appears to be the aftermath of a road rage incident, with an elderly man injured and lying in the middle of the road, according to a report by MustShareNews on 4 April.

The netizen who shared the video claimed that the uncle had allegedly sworn at someone else in the road rage incident and got “hammered” by the other guy.

He claimed that the bald uncle had allegedly scolded the delivery rider “nbcb,” which sparked off the fight, and ended with the delivery rider punching the driver and knocking him out, leaving him on the road unconscious.

He was seen in the video lying down on his back in the middle of the road unconscious, as a few other passers-by restrained another man wearing black.

The passers-by could be seen rendering aid to the unconscious man as a woman took out her phone and started filming the man in black, gesturing angrily at him.

Meanwhile, the man in black was still agitated and continued gesturing at the unconscious old man, who had remained unresponsive in the middle of the road.

The man in black then had to be restrained yet again as he shouted something unintelligible towards the unconscious man and the group that was tending to him.

The later part of the video showed a couple of police officers and paramedics at the scene, with a stretcher in tow.

According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.

Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.

According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.

Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
