I feel that it is dangerous. I used to study there, in Kuala lumpur. There were many incidences.
One time I was leaving a classmates condo to go home. I saw a taxi parked at the side of the road. The driver was standing by his taxi. I told him where I wanted to go. Then I placed my guitar and backpack with my computer behind his seat and walked over to the other side to enter. Before I could do that, he drove off.
I had a shock. I ran after his taxi and fortunately there was a t junction. He had to stop. I opened his door and he looked at me and said in Malay “oh you haven’t got in the taxi?” I took my stuff and walked off. I had half a mind to punch him to be honest. My homework was in there and submission was the next day. Plus this made me feel like Malaysia was a bad place.
Another incident involved violence but I shall not mention it. Many things happened there for me. It was kinda hellish compared to Singapore.
