A landlord of a rental unit shared how he caught his brother sleeping with one of the tenants, who has a boyfriend.
Here is the story
I (Landlord) caught my brother sleeping with one of tenants yesterday. I’m not sure if I should tell the tenant’s boyfriend.
I have an apartments that I rent currently, I have a 20 something female tenant living in one of the apartments with her boyfriend and yesterday; I caught her and my brother (he comes around alot) doing it on the sofa.
I saw this and I couldn’t believe it. I immediately hid and didn’t let them see me but I was shaken up ngl.
I acted normal afterwards and didn’t speak to neither her or my brother but I couldn’t help feeling bad for her boyfriend.
The poor guy works so hard to be able to afford stuff and I feel guilty for seeing this and not at least even anonymously warning him about what his girlfriend was doing, with my brother of all people.
I will eventually bring this up with my brother but I really really feel like I should tell the dude just to ease my conscience a bit cause I’m losing sleep over this.
