A Fateful Encounter
It all began as an ordinary day when a woman, dressed in a green outfit and carrying an umbrella, was walking down a street in Jiangsu, accompanied by her young daughter wearing black. As they strolled along, they noticed a large white dog lying down on the side of the road.
The sight of the dog’s innocence and cuteness captured their hearts, prompting them to approach it. The woman, still holding her umbrella, squatted down beside the dog, as her daughter followed along.
Mauled her face
Everything seemed peaceful and harmonious until the dog’s behavior took an abrupt and shocking turn. As the woman began to pet the dog on its head, the animal suddenly lunged forward, biting her face with a ferocity that no one could have anticipated.
The attack was swift and brutal, leaving the woman screaming in agony on the ground. The dog did not relent, continuing its assault and mauling her face.
Passers by came to help

With the dog driven away, concerned bystanders gathered around to assess the situation. The woman’s daughter, in a state of shock, reached for her phone to call for help. The injured woman, her face soaked in blood and her hands trembling, sobbed uncontrollably.
A patron from the noodle shop rushed out to offer some paper towels to help stem the bleeding. Amid the chaos, the daughter was comforted by a compassionate bystander, who hurried over to offer support.
The injured woman, though in severe pain, mustered the strength to get back on her feet. With the help of the concerned onlookers, she made her way into the noodle shop, where they awaited medical assistance.
The Aftermath of the Attack

Dog owner says woman provoked his dog
The owner of the dog, who remained unidentified, responded and said that his dog doesn’t usually bite and claimed that the woman might have accidentally provoked his dog and resulted in the mauling.
