The police were alerted to a case of unnatural death around 6 pm on the specified date. Upon reaching a 12th-floor unit at Block 423B Punggol Northshore Crescent, law enforcement found the elderly man in a disturbing condition. A pungent smell permeated the air, adding to the mysterious nature of the incident.
Eyewitnesses reported the presence of four or five police officers in the flat, emphasizing the evident decay of the body.
