Netizen On 25/01/17 I have purchased Shower Commode Chrome wheelchair from Rainbow Care Health products for my wife paralysis used on 01/09/17 one of the wheel damage give way nearly my wife gone case lucky she was holding the horizontal bar which I have installed.
Is it safe to buy the products?
I personally bring 4 Custer wheel and went to Rainbow Care Health products office show them the Custer wheel 3 wobbling and 1 damage, they give excuses saying our ramp too high damage the Custer wheel no logical excuses, the ramp is approved by HDB fits for all wheelchair.
Further more they don’t take any action when I explained to them and wanted to charge me $25/ 1 Custer wheel, so I did ask is your boss or anyone in charge they say no all go overseas.
They don’t bother to investigate the Custer wheel the staff say just sell and disturbing only, from Rainbow Care Health products
