A video of a man placed under arrest and shouting at the top of his voice. Yet the video recorder said some unnecessary comments. Now netizens are flaming the video taker instead of the real issue here.
According to another witness, the man was running from the police and resisting arrest, therefore the police have no choice but to pin him down for the arrest.
