The accident took place around 5:30 PM while the employee was parking the vehicle in a service apartment car park. According to reports from the New Straits Times, the worker accelerated instead of braking, crashing into a wall. The impact created a significant hole in the concrete wall, causing the car to plunge to the ground below.
The vehicle fell onto two other parked cars on the ground level, which fortunately were unoccupied at the time of the incident. The Kuala Lumpur traffic investigation and enforcement department chief stated, “He is believed to have accidentally pressed the accelerator, causing the car to smash through the wall and fall to the ground.”

Photos and videos from the scene show the Toyota Camry flipped upside down on the ground, with one of the parked vehicles sustaining a large dent on its roof. Debris was scattered across the area, prompting police to cordon off the site for investigation.
