M’sia Fitting Room Horror: Adult Caught Urinating Inside Changing Room

An online confession from a retail worker has gone viral after she revealed that an adult customer urinated inside a fitting room — sparking disgust, fury, and disbelief from netizens across social media.

The incident, which was originally shared on Instagram by a user known as @moonmilktea7, described the appalling state left behind after a customer relieved themselves in a fitting room. Despite mopping three times, the smell of urine reportedly lingered in the enclosed space, prompting the staff to throw out the mop bucket altogether.

Retail Workers Share Horror Stories

Once the post gained traction, it opened the floodgates for retail workers across Malaysia and Singapore to share their own traumatic encounters with unhygienic customers. From faeces being found smeared on mirrors to semen stains left behind, many commenters claimed such behaviour wasn’t as rare as one would hope.

One former retail staff member revealed that a man once entered a fitting room, spent nearly 30 minutes inside, and was later found to have masturbated — leaving bodily fluids on both the mirror and floor. Another recounted a customer urinating directly onto clothing and attempting to return the items.

What’s more alarming is that many of the perpetrators were reportedly adults. “Kalau budak, boleh terima. Tapi ni dewasa. Takde otak ke?” one user wrote. Others likened the behaviour to animals, with comments such as, “Kucing pun pandai cari pasir… ini manusia langsung tak tahu malu.”

Netizens Call for Action and Better Hygiene Enforcement

The post triggered a wave of outrage, with netizens demanding that stores improve CCTV coverage near fitting areas, enforce stricter hygiene rules, and name-and-shame offenders. Some even called for fines for those who misuse public spaces.

“Ini bukan hanya kotor, ini biadab,” one user commented, while another added, “If you can’t hold your bladder, use a toilet — not a retail shop’s fitting room.”

Many also blamed poor upbringing, lack of public hygiene education, and even entitled attitudes among certain customers. A handful of users speculated whether some offenders were tourists unfamiliar with local norms, but the original poster confirmed: “Orang kita, hehe.”
