Several commenters online also became curious about what exactly the tissues were allegedly used for, sparking a wave of jokes and speculation in the comments section.

NETIZENS CALL OUT “NO CLASS” BEHAVIOUR

Many online users criticised the driver’s alleged actions, saying there was no excuse for littering in Singapore.

One commenter described the act as having “no social responsibility”, while another reminded people that “Singapore is a fine city”.

Others urged the uploader to report the incident directly to the National Environment Agency (NEA) through official government platforms.

Some netizens also speculated that the driver could allegedly be a repeat offender, while others criticised the apparent lack of public cleanliness standards.

A few commenters questioned why someone would review CCTV footage over discarded tissues, with some also raising concerns about privacy after the clip surfaced online.

One user pointed out that the camera angle appeared to show activities happening inside the vehicle, questioning whether the footage should have been publicly shared.

LITTERING REMAINS AN OFFENCE IN SINGAPORE

Littering remains an offence in Singapore and offenders may face fines if caught by authorities.

Singapore has long maintained strict anti-littering regulations as part of efforts to keep public spaces clean.

Despite this, viral incidents involving littering continue surfacing online from time to time, often drawing strong reactions from members of the public.

While some netizens found humour in the “mystery tissues” shown in the clip, many others stressed that public cleanliness should still be respected regardless of the item being thrown away.

At the time of writing, it is unclear whether any official complaint has been made regarding the incident.
