The Singapore Police Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who may be able to help with investigations into a bicycle theft case in Punggol.

According to an appeal issued by the Punggol Neighbourhood Police Centre, the incident took place along New Punggol Road on May 29, 2026.

Police released an image of the man and are requesting anyone who recognises him or has information regarding his identity and whereabouts to come forward.
