Hi, Grab please revert to previous points scheme ASAP.
For those who don’t know yet, Grab has massively changed the points scheme in our DISADVANTAGE.
The reward system is in such bad faith and very underhanded approach to implementation. And please do not give a diplomatic response because it is not because your team is “calibrating to upgrade the rewards systems for loyal customers”. Customers should not be affected by operational issues.
I have been a platinum member for so long but I think I am switching to comfort. Grab’s interface is inferior to Uber I feel and since the monopolization of the market, it feels Grab’s greed is spreading and they treat customers with such a don’t care attitude. Maybe what you should have done is just providing good transportation service without foraying into all the other areas.
