I had the worse experience at the e-kiosks today, where i was unable to make payment because the staff told me i was not using a DBS card (it was clearly indicated on payments page that StanChart is accepted) and she had the audacity to tell me to borrow money from other people at the e-kiosk.

E-kiosk service was bad, customer service was bad, there was no queue line to begin with and initially, no staff to guide users.
Best of all, staff were in home clothes, no uniform or identification on them to state that they are ICA staff.
