Happened on 25 Oct 2018, ard 2215hrs.
Along Yishun Ave 9, near Esso.
“Right after the GREEN light, out of nowhere appeared in front of me…I had to jam brake just for these two Jokers happily riding e-scooter on the road.
Knowing that they have no intension to go on the pavement and for everyone’s safety, i had to chase them off from the road.

FYI, recently there was a fatal accident along that road.
So just because of these Jokers and many more out there, MAN IN GREEN (LTA) will come after us. No choice I still have to tag LTA.
