It’s like a toy and battery operated. Ya, nowadays these scammers resort to all kinds of ways to scam the innocent. I got the same encounter, also COD but when it arrives I rejected cos the box is so small n it cannot be the item tat I ordered. So be very careful even if it is on COD.😀
Please share and dont be trick by the cheap price.
