They had urinated outside my unit and also, the unit at level 5.
We wish to know why they had done it before filing a report to the relevant authorities.
This is an offence under Regulation 15(1) of the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing)
Regulations.
We seek the assistance of their friends to ask them to come forward to explain their reasons as we wish to hear from them.
